Science is seeing that everything in nature moves through the form of a Torus, from galaxies to atoms, and everything in between.
Our hearts are a great example of a toroid:
The heart is where it all starts. When the body starts developing, the heart is the first organ to come into existence, and the rest of the body folds out from the heart. And then the body pulls the heart into the center.
The energy of our hearts flow outward in a torus and are also received in a toroidal fashion.
